Launch the Camtasia application on Mac and click on the new recording button.
Now choose the settings according to your requirements. You can choose the desired resolution for your screen recording. You can also choose to record the full screen or only a specific area on the screen.
You can either choose to record your webcam or leave it out of the recording. Similarly, you can also choose to record the system audio and microphone audio or can completely turn it off. Once everything’s set click on ‘start recording’ as shown below.
And that’s it. Once the recording is complete click on the stop recording button and your recorded video will open in the Camtasia editor from where you can publish it.

The possibility of Adding titles, annotations, and callouts to videos is one of my favorite features of Camtasia. I have found that by adding texts and callouts to videos the audience engagement is increased and so is the conversion.
