Best Lifetime Deals in 2026: 7 AI Tools Still One-Time (and 3 That Died)
Last updated: 10 September 2026. I rewrote this page from scratch after re-checking every affiliate link I run. Three of the deals I used to recommend here are gone — including one I had listed at $67 for a lifetime licence, which is now $47 a month. Nobody told me it changed. I found out by clicking my own link.

First, the three that are no longer lifetime deals
These three were on this page in the older version. All three have stopped selling a one-time licence, and in every case the change happened quietly — the sales page moved, the old link kept working, and it simply started pointing somewhere else.

If you already own any of these three outright, you keep it — and that licence is worth more now than when you bought it, because nobody else can get one. One warning: do not start a free trial for something you already own.
The 7 tools still on a one-time payment
These are the ones I actually use, with the price I verified on 10 September 2026 — and the catch. Every one of them has a limit somewhere, and the limit is never in the headline.

1. Artistly — $49 one-time
AI image generation. This is the one I reach for when I need illustrations, cartoon-style images, thumbnails, b-roll stills and channel art. It is the single tool I would replace last.
The catch: “unlimited” means 400 image generations a day under fair use. That is far more than I have ever needed in a day, but it is a limit and it is not in the headline. There is a Premium tier at $147 if you want consistent characters and face insertion.

2. Video Express — $49 one-time
Text and images into finished video. The catch here is the biggest on this list, so read it before you buy.
The catch: Basic gives you 3,000 AI videos a month, but your clips are 5 seconds and the finished video maxes out at 5 minutes. All-Access at $179 doubles it — 6,000 videos, 10-second clips, 10-minute maximum. If you are making Shorts, Basic is fine. If you are making long-form, Basic will frustrate you inside a week.

3. ArtSpace — $59 lifetime
Another AI art generator. I picked this up on a lifetime deal myself and it is still sold that way. Nothing has changed, and it has only improved over time — which, on this page, counts as high praise.

4. VoiceWave — $59 lifetime
AI voiceovers. If you are running a faceless channel you need a voice from somewhere, and this is the cheapest way I know to own one outright instead of renting it every month.

5. Speechelo — $47 one-time
Text to speech with breathing and inflection controls. It is older than the others and it sounds it — but for the money, it still does the job.

6. InstaDoodle — $37 one-time
Whiteboard and doodle animation generated from a text prompt. This is the one I would point you at now that Doodly’s one-time deal is gone. It does broadly the same job — better, in fact — and you can still actually buy it.

7. Talking Photos — $97 one-time
Makes a still photo talk, with lip sync. It is a narrow tool that does one thing — but if that is the thing you need, there is not much else available on a single payment.

The part nobody mentions: you own the editor, you rent the AI
Look at the catches again. 400 images a day. 3,000 videos a month. Five-second clips. That is the pattern across this entire category now — you buy the software outright, but the AI inside it is metered.
CreateStudio is the clearest example. Even back when the $67 lifetime licence existed, it did not include a single AI credit. Not one. You owned the animation software; the AI was a separate, ongoing cost. The All Access tier includes 1,500 credits a month, and one AI Short costs 60 of them — about 25 Shorts, before any other AI feature touches your balance.
So people bought a lifetime licence, and then discovered the feature they actually wanted was a subscription anyway.
The question to ask before you buy any lifetime deal
It takes ten seconds, and it is the single most useful thing on this page:
Which part of this is the lifetime licence, and which part runs on credits?
The answer is almost always the same — the editor is yours, the AI is rented. And if a sales page will not answer that question clearly, that is your answer.
What I would buy today with $100
If I were starting a faceless channel from zero with about a hundred dollars, I would not buy an all-in-one anything. I would buy the two things every single video needs: images and a voice.
Artistly at $49 and Speechelo at $47. That is $96, both of them yours, no monthly bill.
Everything else — the animation, the doodle tools, the talking photos — is a nice-to-have you add when a specific video actually needs it. Do not buy tools for videos you have not made yet. I have a folder full of software that taught me that lesson.
Two more that are still one-time (not in the video)
The seven above are the tools covered in the video. These two are older lifetime deals I bought years ago and still use — they are not AI video tools, so they did not make the video, but both are still sold on a single payment and I re-checked both on 10 September 2026.
Designrr — $27 one-time
Turns blog posts, Google Docs and PDFs into properly designed eBooks, reports and lead magnets. If you are building an opt-in and you do not want to lay it out by hand, this is the shortcut. The sales page still says it plainly: pay once, use it forever, no subscription — against a regular price of $324 a year.
Worth noting on the theme of this page: Designrr does meter its AI writing feature with credits, but support will top them up free on request. That is the exception to the rule, not the rule.

Pinteresting Strategies — $97
Not software — a course. Carly Campbell’s manual pinning method for driving traffic from Pinterest without waiting years for Google. I paid $57 for it back when I bought it; it is $97 now, still a single payment, and the method has held up better than most traffic advice from that era.
