5. No earnings guarantee

Nothing on this Site is a promise of income. Any figures, results or case studies describe particular experiences and are not typical, guaranteed or a prediction of what you will achieve. Our own digital products — ebooks and guides — are sold and delivered through third-party platforms such as Payhip. Payment, delivery, receipts and refunds for those purchases are handled by that platform under its own terms, which you accept at its checkout. On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product; you may not resell, redistribute or publish it. If something goes wrong with an order, contact us and we will help you sort it out.

8. Intellectual property

Do not use the Site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, scrape or copy it at scale, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We may withdraw access for any of these.
