1. Who we are

SmartWebpreneur.com (“the Site”) is owned and run by Vishwanath Naik, a sole proprietorship registered in India (GSTIN 29AFJPV1718G1Z4), based in Ullal, Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka 575022, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business. Contact: admin@smartwebpreneur.com.

2. Acceptance

By using the Site or buying from us you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. We may update these terms; the version published here is the one that applies.

3. What we provide

The Site publishes reviews, tutorials and opinions about software and online business tools, and sells our own digital products such as ebooks, guides and software tools. Everything here is information and opinion. It is not financial, legal, tax or professional advice.

4. Affiliate links

Many links on this Site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes our assessment of a product. See the Disclaimer for detail.

5. No earnings guarantee

Nothing on this Site is a promise of income. Any figures, results or case studies describe particular experiences and are not typical, guaranteed or a prediction of what you will achieve. Results depend on your own effort, skill, market conditions and factors outside our control. You are solely responsible for decisions you make and money you spend.

6. Third-party products and websites

We link to tools and services we do not own or control. Their pricing, features, availability and terms are theirs and can change without notice. Purchases you make from a third party are governed by that third party’s terms, and their support and refunds are their responsibility, not ours.

7. Buying from us

Prices. Each product’s price is shown on its page and again at checkout before you pay, in US dollars unless the page says otherwise. Your bank may convert it to your own currency and may charge a conversion fee; that fee is your bank’s, not ours. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout.
Payment. Payments on our own checkout are processed by Stripe. Some products are sold through platforms such as Gumroad or Payhip instead, which take the payment under their own terms. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery. All products are digital downloads, delivered immediately after payment by a link on the confirmation page and by email. Nothing is shipped.
Your licence. On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it.
Help. If something goes wrong with an order, contact us and we will help you sort it out.

8. Refund policy

Our products are digital downloads delivered immediately, so all sales are final and we do not give refunds for a change of mind. We will refund you in full if you were charged twice for the same order; if the product never reached you and we cannot deliver it within 3 working days of your email; if the file is broken and we cannot fix or replace it within 7 days of your email; or if the payment was not made by you.

To ask for a refund, email admin@smartwebpreneur.com within 30 days of buying, with the email address you paid with, the product, the date and what went wrong. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent within 5 working days of approval to the card or account you paid with; your bank usually takes a further 5 to 10 working days to show it. 9. Cancellation policy

Every product is a one-off payment. There are no subscriptions, memberships or repeat charges, so there is nothing to cancel after you buy. You can cancel an order at any time before you complete payment simply by leaving the checkout; nothing is charged. Once payment is complete the download is delivered straight away, so the order cannot be cancelled, but the refund cases in section 8 still apply.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, video and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with clear credit and a link. You may not republish substantial portions without written permission. Copyright complaints: see the DMCA Policy.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, scrape or copy it at scale, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We may withdraw access for any of these.

12. Availability and liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information is current. Software changes constantly and a review reflects the product as we found it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from your use of third-party products. Our total liability for any product you buy from us is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mangaluru, Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
